    • Managed a high-stakes Proof of Concept (PoC) to migrate numerous legacy applications (C, COBOL, VB) and data from a failing 25-year-old server to a modern Red Hat environment on AWS.

    • Given the directive of a capturing current-state functionality of a very mature SAP Hyrbis e-commerce platform with 9 unique storefront banners spanning 3 countries, I authored hundreds of User Stories capturing Acceptance Criteria and requirements in a GIVEN/WHEN/THEN format. This effort required extensive self-lead discovery given complex site functionality and requirements, many third-party integrations, and in many cases a lack of existing documentation or tribal knowledge to help inform requirements.

    • Led and owned product management of the site (included 15 international locales) under the directive of the Product Owner.
    • Elicited requirements for projects/initiatives by leading requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders from cross-functional teams. Worked with solution architects & UX team to ensure scope and acceptance criteria were clearly understood.

    • Owned role as the functional SME for all site functionality and requirements, helping ensure that globally distributed development and QA team clearly understood and implemented the required site functionality.

    • Lead Product Manager on a B2C ecommerce site migration from WebSphere Commerce to Adobe Experience Manger.
    • Managed scope closely in order to deliver an on-time go-live of the new site.
    • Defined all requirements, created all acceptance criteria for Agile story cards, managed backlog prioritization and supported an geographically distributed development team through the SDLC.
    • Acted as the sole QA resource during testing due to a lack of available resources. As such, developed test cases, completed all end-to-end testing, logged and triaged bugs.

    flows for managing and prioritizing new feature requests from a multi-brand stakeholder team.
    • Coached client platform managers of Adobe Audience Manager through processes and best practices related to new feature/opportunity identification, backlog management and prioritization, and an Agile software development lifecycle (SDLC).

    • Lead the first phase of an extensive legacy application and server decommissioning effort.
    • Coordinated with 20+ stakeholders to define and map dependencies, contingencies and viability of various server and application decommissioning/ migration efforts.
